The Gastronomy on Stamps Study Unit was founded in 2018 to serve topical collectors interested in stamps related to food, gastronomy, food crops, cooking, and related subjects. The Philatelic Gourmet​ April 2023 issue features articles on the Ryukyu Sweet Potato, Armenian Beekeeping and Rosemary. New stamp issue information and gastronomy stamp listing updates complete the issue. Quarterly issues of The Philatelic Gourmet are published in January, April, July and October.
